Imtiaz Hussain SCR, CPA, MBA held Managing Director and Senior Executive roles at globally significant financial institutions and globally recognised consulting organisations. His experiences in the field of sustainability includes development, implementation and execution of sustainability auditing strategy powered by analytics and innovation, delivery of targeted sustainability training to Board members and senior management, and agile readiness review of ESG regulatory programme. From sustainability perspective Imtiaz’s areas of expertise include climate risk and governance, regulatory readiness such as CSRD and California Climate Action Bill, ESG investment products labelling, FCA anti-green washing rule implementation, TCFD alignment, transition planning, double materiality assessment, and COSO model implementation. Imtiaz holds multiple credentials in the field of sustainability including Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR), Certificate in ESG investments, Green Finance Certificate, SASB FSA Level I and II certification and ISO 14064 certification.
Imtiaz is an exam author for SCR administered by the Global Association of Risk Professional (GARP), and is a member of the not for profit organisation Climate Reality Corps and has been trained by the former Vice President of the United States, Al Gore as Climate Reality Leader.
