Ingrid Pompe is the Global Head of Operational Risk for Rabobank Group since end of 2021. She has over 25 years of experience in audit and risk management. Previous to her current role she held different leadership positions at Risk Management at DLL International BV and worked in Internal Audit. She started her career at PwC as financial auditor after she graduated from the University of Maastricht in Business Economics.

Besides her current role she also held various positions at Reinsurance Companies.

She lives in the Netherlands with her husband and son.
