James is a Partner in our Financial Services team leading our FS Resilience and Risk Management practice,

James specialises in Operational Resilience and has worked with leading organisations across Financial Services to develop their Operational Resilience frameworks. He has a background in the development and implementation of regulatory risk and controls reporting frameworks. James works closely with organisations to enhance their resilience capability, integrating siloed activity and combining his experience in risk frameworks with Operational resilience methodology.
He is currently leading the implementation of Operational resilience requirements at a number of FS organisations and leads the global alliance with Fusion Risk Management, a key resilience software provider used across Financial Service Organisations.
