James Moseley is a Banking Partner at PwC UK and leads the firm’s Digital Assets business. He advises financial institutions, crypto-native firms and regulators on digital asset strategy, tokenisation and the development of new on-chain business models.

James has more than 15 years’ experience working with trading, sales and risk functions across major investment banks. His expertise spans product strategy, capital and risk optimisation, operating model transformation and the application of technology to markets businesses.

He advises regulators on digital asset strategy, policy and supervisory frameworks, and works with firms on regulatory authorisation, governance, controls and financial risk management. James also leads complex trading and risk transformation programmes, including tokenisation initiatives, crypto trading businesses, recovery and resolution planning and trading activity wind-down.

He is a regular contributor to industry debate on the evolution of digital markets and co-authors PwC thought leadership on digital assets.
