Profile
Jonathan is a Senior Advisor in the Supervisory Risk Specialist directorate of the Prudential Regulation Authority at the Bank of England. His area of focus is currently the Bank’s annual and exploratory stress testing programmes. Jonathan also has extensive experience developing and managing complex enterprise risk management programmes, including a specialty in model risk management.
Jonathan joined the PRA from the Federal Reserve, where he was the Deputy Head of CCAR (the large bank US stress testing programme). Previously at the Federal Reserve, Jonathan worked in the supervision of large foreign banking organisations and helped oversee national risk teams responsible for assessing Pre-Provision Net Revenue forecasting and Operational Risk Management.
Prior to joining the Federal Reserve, Jonathan worked in industry, including as the Corporate Treasurer and Chair of the Asset and Liability Committee at various public commercial banks in the US. Jonathan’s graduate degree is from the London School of Economics & Political Science.
