Kallol is an Adviser on banking policy within the ECB-SSM. He is responsible for a broad range of prudential policy topics, and represents the ECB in various international and EU policy fora. He has been involved in the EU’s implementation of FRTB since 2019.

Kallol has worked in prudential regulation in the EU and UK since 2010. Prior to this he worked as a technical accountant for financial instruments in the private sector.

Kallol holds a MSc from the London School of Economics and a MA from the University of Oxford and is a Chartered Accountant.
