As the Global Lead for Compliance & Crisis Management and Managing Director & Partner in the Risk and Compliance Practice at BCG, I specialize in compliance, ethics, and risk transformation programs. These focus on effective and efficient compliance risk management, sustainable cultural change, and addressing ESG requirements across climate, social, and governance areas. With my team, I am supporting clients across all industries, including Financial Institutions, Automotive, Insurance, Health Care, and Processing industries.

In addition to my primary role, I serve as the global people lead for our R&C practice and champion our women's agenda. I am passionate about driving our diversity agenda across all regions.
