Group Chief Risk Officer at ClearToken, with 30 years’ experience in financial services spanning risk, finance and operations. Her expertise covers operational risk, operational resilience, recovery and resolution planning, governance and regulatory engagement.

Kristi entered the digital assets industry in 2025 when she joined ClearToken, a new-build, cloud-native, 24/7 market infrastructure firm. She is responsible for risk management and compliance across the Group. This includes ClearToken Depository Limited, which is authorised by the FCA as an Authorised Payment Institution and registered as a cryptoasset business; ClearToken CSD Limited, approved through Gate 2 of the Digital Securities Sandbox by the Bank of England; and ClearToken CCP Limited, which is progressing Bank of England authorisation as a central counterparty.

Previously, Kristi spent 27 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as Managing Director, Global Head of Operational Risk. In that role she led the second line operational risk team and set the firmwide operational risk framework and policies. Before that she was Managing Director for Recovery and Resolution Planning, and Global Co-head of Enterprise Operations, where she led firmwide business units including client onboarding, reference data, regulatory reporting, payments, collateral and liquidity operations.
