Lisa Galletta is the Head of U.S. Prudential Risk at International Swaps and Derivatives. She has been at ISDA for over 5 years leading industry advocacy efforts related to and Market Risk and Derivatives Counterparty Credit Risk capital. She leverages over 17 years of capital management, risk management and prudential requirements at major financial and consulting firms, including Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase and KPMG.

In her prior roles, Lisa has spearheaded the development of counterparty credit risk system development and programs driving strategic decision-making, as well as worked to forecast and optimize capital. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
