Lorenzo Fantini is a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group where he is part of the Insurance practice and a core member of the Global Risk Insurance Task Force. Within the Risk Insurance Task Force, Lorenzo leads compliance, audit and operational risk projects across multiple geographies. He focuses most of his work on governance, target operating models, Board of Directors engagement, business embedding, trainings, enablement and culture. Prior to BCG, Lorenzo worked with McKinsey and Company, where he was part of the Risk Management Practice.
