Lucy Morley is a Chief Credit Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Board Director with extensive experience across banking and financial services.

She is a co-Founder of Tint Financial Services, a London-based cross-border trade finance fintech which has grown from concept to live operation, facilitating nearly $100 million in transactions across 40+ trade routes over the last 4 years.

With more than 20 years in UK-regulated financial services, Lucy’s career spans tier-one banks including Credit Agricole and RBS, challenger banks and fintech. She is recognised for combining rigorous risk management with cultural transformation, building empowered teams and fostering healthy, high-performing cultures.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management and a Board Trustee of Thame Partnership Academy Trust.
