Malebu is a seasoned leader with deep expertise in governance, risk, and compliance. She has built a career on delivering results under pressure, offering strategic guidance, and helping organizations anticipate and navigate future challenges. With qualifications ranging from Internal Audit and Business Information Systems to an MPhil in Future Studies from Stellenbosch University, she combines strong technical insight with forward-looking vision.

She is also a Certified Risk and Information Systems Control professional (CRISC), a Certified Ethics Officer, and serves as a Non-Executive Director of Communication Risk Information Centre (Comric), credentials that reflect her commitment to ethical, sustainable, and resilient leadership. Malebu’s guiding philosophy is simple but powerful: to create leaders, not followers. She empowers others to think independently, make sound decisions, and lead with integrity.

Beyond her professional role, Malebu is deeply committed to education, family, and youth. She also loves cooking and finds joy in music, especially now as she draws inspiration from Lekompo Genre.
