Małgorzata's experience spans treasury, market, pension, and prudential risk for major financial institutions across. Having cut her teeth in bank treasury following the liquidity crisis of 2008, she developed an early and enduring interest in stress testing, macro-prudential dynamics, and the mechanics of funding under pressure — interests that have shaped her career ever since.

Małgorzata is a teaching faculty member for the Bank Treasury Risk Management (BTRM) accreditation, where she delivers lectures, webinars, and publications on treasury risk topics. She is also a contributor to industry research, with publications on climate risk in prudential frameworks, operating model transformation principles, and stress testing.

She holds an MSc in Management from the Warsaw School of Economics and studied International Economic Relations at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien. She also holds a Certificate in Sustainability and Climate Risk (GARP) and a Certificate in Business Accounting (CIMA).

Outside of risk management, Małgorzata is an avid snowboarder and high-mountain hiker — though a recent crash on the slopes served as a reminder that not all hedging techniques translate off-piste.
