Marianna Leoni leads the risk technology and analytics offering at Boston Consulting Group. She is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice and has a deep knowledge of financial services data and analytics frameworks, as well as data architecture.

Marianna has extensive experience working with financial institutions clients on their advanced analytics and data-driven transformation journeys, including data platforms designed to support ESG processes, and sustainability analytics use cases to support the data-driven strategy (machine learning, deep learning, etc.). The use cases leverage internal and external data, data services, and unstructured data (such as credit risk, fraud management, reputational risk, sustainability risk, anti-money laundering, compliance, churn models, and web analytics).

Before joining BCG, Marianna worked for Accenture Strategy & Consulting where she founded and led the Risk Analytics Center of Excellence.
