Marina Marceta is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at HEINEKEN, where she leads the Global Information Security department within D&T. She joined HEINEKEN in 2014, bringing expertise in IT auditing and cybersecurity consulting from her time at Deloitte, following a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Cyber Security from the University of Zagreb, Croatia.Over the years, Marina has held several key roles at HEINEKEN, including Senior IT Auditor, Security Officer for Central Projects, Major Security Incident Manager, and Chapter Lead for Security SMEs. In 2022, she became Product Owner of the Global Cyber Defense and Operations product, which evolved into a Tribe —now comprising over 150 passionate security professionals dedicated to protecting HEINEKEN’s operations worldwide.
In 2025, Marina stepped into the role of CISO, continuing to drive HEINEKEN’s cyber resilience agenda all with the purpose to Brew a better world.Her passion for cybersecurity began in childhood in Croatia, inspired by a curiosity for hacking that matured into a lifelong career. Outside of work, Marina is an avid mountaineer, skier, cyclist, and rock climber. She lives in the French Alps with her husband and their adventurous cat.
