proactive business continuity and risk strategies. Campbell is widely seen as a leading voice in advancing the role of artificial intelligence (AI) to strengthen enterprise resilience and has championed the integration of AI into Fusion’s platform, driving smarter automation, predictive insights, and faster decision-making for customers.

Under Campbell’s leadership, Fusion Risk Management has become a global leader in enterprise resilience. His focus on innovating to solve customer problems has positioned the company at the forefront of solutions that
break down the barriers to resilience, empowering organizations to anticipate, prepare for, and respond to disruptions. Today, 25 percent of Fortune 100 companies and 50 percent of global systemically important banks in the U.S. rely on Fusion Risk Management.

Before joining the company in 2019, Campbell built a career leading technology organizations through transition. He founded Campbell Software, which was later acquired by SAP, where he went on to lead multiple
business units and professional services across the Americas. Campbell then served as Chief Operating Officer at FICO, overseeing global sales, strategic partnerships and professional services, and later became CEO of
International Decision Systems (IDS). This blend of entrepreneurial, financial services and enterprise technology leadership has given him a unique perspective on helping organizations navigate change and growth.
