Neslihan Neciboğlu is the Chief Executive Officer of Neova Participation Insurance, a role she has held since July 2022. She also serves as a Board Member of the Insurance Association of Türkiye.

She began her professional career in 2005 at Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank, where she held a number of senior positions, including Financial Analysis and Intelligence Manager, Corporate and Commercial Branch Sales and Marketing Manager, and Branch Manager. From 2013 onward, she took on several key roles in the bank’s risk management division, serving as Retail and SME Risk Monitoring Manager, Business Loans Risk Monitoring Manager, and ultimately, Risk Monitoring Group Manager.

Ms. Neciboğlu holds a degree in Business Administration from the Middle East Technical University and brings nearly two decades of experience in banking, risk management, finance, and insurance to her current leadership position.
