Nick Talbot has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry. Having previously worked at the Bank of England and the Financial Services Authority, Nick has spent the last c. 15 years at NatWest Group (formerly Royal Bank of Scotland Group) working in a range of risk management roles across both the 1^st and 2^nd lines of defence. As the Senior Responsible Owner, he led the Group’s response to the PRA Supervisory Statement ‘Enhancing banks’ and insurers’ approaches to managing the financial risks from climate change’; he is now the Head of Climate & Nature Risk within the Risk function.
