Nino Gordeladze-O’Brien is a senior risk and governance executive with over two decades of international experience across banking, professional services, and regulatory engagement. A Chartered Accountant and Sustainability & Climate Risk specialist, she has served as Chief Audit Executive and Deputy CRO, ERM for a London-listed, systemically important bank, leading enterprise-wide risk culture transformation.

Earlier in her career, Nino held senior risk management roles at Westpac Banking Corporation and worked with KPMG and EY in Australia, building deep expertise in audit, risk advisory, and financial management. She continues to contribute to advancing governance, resilience, and sustainability practices internationally, with a focus on strengthening risk cultures and supervisory collaboration across complex financial institutions.
