Nino Gordeladze-O’Brien is a senior risk, governance and assurance executive with over two decades of international experience across banking, professional services and advisory roles in developed and emerging markets.
She has held senior leadership positions spanning all three lines of defence, including Chief Audit Executive and Deputy CRO / Head of Enterprise Risk Management at a London-listed, systemically important bank operating across Eastern Europe. Her experience encompasses enterprise and financial risk, risk appetite, capital adequacy, stress testing, credit and portfolio risk oversight, governance, internal control, risk culture and regulatory engagement.
Earlier in her career, Nino held risk management roles with Westpac Banking Corporation and worked with KPMG and EY in Australia. A Chartered Accountant and Sustainability & Climate Risk specialist, she now advises and contributes internationally on evolving risk, governance and resilience challenges, bringing a cross-market perspective across Eastern Europe and Australia, complemented by increasing engagement with financial institutions and risk communities in the Middle East and emerging markets.
