Bringing a strong foundation in financial markets and risk governance, Olivier collaborated with global teams to refine frameworks addressing market, credit, and operational risks. Their efforts fortified the organization's ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes while maintaining a forward-looking risk posture.

Previously, Olivier held senior risk leadership roles, including Chief Risk Officer at Natixis, contributing to enterprise-wide risk management strategies. His tenure at J.P. Morgan encompassed several senior roles starting in front office trading, then moving into Risk as head of capital modeling, firm-wide market risk management and EMEA CRO. This extensive experience underscores a commitment to fostering resilient risk structures aligned with organizational goals and global compliance standards.
