Pallavi Gulati is a Director in PwC’s Crisis and Resilience team, specialising in helping organisations prepare for, respond to and recover from high-impact incidents. She brings extensive experience supporting global clients through complex situations, including cyberattacks, regulatory investigations and public health emergencies.
Acting as an external ‘Chief of Staff’ during live crises, she works closely with boards and executive teams to establish clear governance, align decision-making and deliver a coordinated response under pressure. She supports crisis communication teams to prepare for the internal and external stakeholder pressures that come with a high-profile incident, and often joins these teams during live situations to provide strategic advice and hands-on support.
She has led large-scale crisis preparedness and resilience programmes across sectors, with a strong focus on executive readiness, stakeholder communication and strategic exercising for C-suite teams.
Before joining PwC, Pallavi led crisis and issues management programmes at a professional services firm and worked in public affairs and government relations.
