Peter El Khoury is a Partner at PwC UK with over 20 years of experience supporting leading global banks and investment firms in navigating risk, regulation, and transformation. He leads PwC’s UK Banking Financial Risk practice, bringing together expertise across Risk, Prudential Regulation, Treasury, and Regulatory Insights to help clients strengthen governance, enhance control frameworks, and respond effectively to supervisory expectations.

Peter drives several regulatory technology initiatives, overseeing the design and delivery of innovative solutions that translate complex regulatory requirements into deployable solution in the Finance, Risk and Treasury functions. He also serves as Relationship Partner to UK and US global systemically important banks (GSIBs) and is a member of PwC’s Regulatory Technical Committee, advising on complex regulatory interpretations to ensure consistent application across the industry.
