Priyesh has over 25 years of professional experience across all three lines of defence holding leadership roles in Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Barclays Bank & J.P.Morgan specialising in technology transformation, risk management operations optimisation, regulatory compliance including ESG, cost-effectiveness, location, and operating model strategy including building high performing teams.
His experience also includes advising high potential startups and entrepreneurs in growth strategy and fund raising pitches including providing commercial advice to the Yaqrit Discovery life sciences platform in commerce which in partnership with University College London is developing advanced treatments for liver disease.
Priyesh has a strong delivery track record in leading large Global Risk change, IT, COO, and operations teams across Europe, Asia, and the US, with significant budget oversight including substantial 3rd party partnerships and management of 3rd party talent.
Passionate to develop and share high-performance work practices to enhance individual, team, and company performance. Author of a book on high-performance leadership and career-best practices and has held fireside leadership development sessions with some of the largest companies in the world including Tata Consulting, Ernst and Young, Sony Entertainment and Deloitte.
Priyesh has a First Class Honours Degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Dundee, Scotland and GARP Certified in Climate Risk and Sustainability.
