Puneet has 30 years of banking experience at senior leadership level covering business operations, COO, risk and compliance functions - acquired through a diverse career with HSBC. He has worked internationally in 6 different countries spanning Asia, the Middle East, the UK and Europe, and has extensive experience in leading large and complex transformations, managing cross functional operations, and implementing large scale risk management frameworks across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory regimes.

Puneet currently works for a fintech start up as Chief Risk Officer and is a member of the Audit and Governance Committee of a borough council in Surrey.
