Ramatoulaye Adama Diallo is an experienced board director and former CEO with more than 25 years leading financial services, fintech, telecoms, and digital businesses across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. She currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on several regulated financial services boards, including ACE Money Transfer (Ireland, where she chairs the Wind-Down Committee) and Wafacash (Morocco, where she sits on the Audit & Risk Committee). She also chairs the Audit Committee of myAgro, a pioneering social enterprise.
Previously, Ramatoulaye was Chief Executive Officer of Orange Finances Mobiles, where she scaled the business into a $100M fintech with more than 4 million customers across West Africa, and Deputy CFO of Etisalat Nigeria, where she raised over $2B in funding and led landmark transactions in the telecoms sector. She later joined Google in Dublin as Director & COO, overseeing a multi-billion commercial portfolio and advising on the use of AI in financial services.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Diploma in Company Direction with Distinction from the Institute of Directors (UK & Ireland). Ramatoulaye is currently an Executive in Residence at Trinity Business School’s Corporate Governance Lab, where she contributes to research on AI and governance.
