Regina Gaffney is the Head of Compliance, Ireland at Invesco Investment Management Limited. Invesco is a US headquartered firm with assets under of management of over $1.5 trillion and 8,400 dedicated people in over 26 countries.

Prior to joining Invesco in 2021, Ms Gaffney was the Head of Compliance and Risk, Ireland at Muzinich & Co. and previous to this, she spent over five years at BlackRock, where her roles included Designated Person for Regulatory Compliance for BlackRock’s Irish fund management company and Vice President, EMEA iShares Compliance Advisory.

Ms. Gaffney is a qualified funds lawyer in Ireland, England and Wales. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2013, she spent six years at William Fry, a leading Irish law firm, where she qualified and practiced in the Asset Management and Investment Funds Department.
