Robert is the chief executive officer and founder of Pangea-Risk. At Pangea-Risk, Robert oversees all areas of the business and leads a team of partners, researchers, and contributing analysts to produce actionable forecasts on country risk in emerging markets across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Robert also retains the lead on strategic advisory projects for blue chip corporations in a range of sectors. Robert founded Pangea-Risk in 2015 after pursuing a career in political risk forecasting at industry-leading firms in the UK and US. He is regularly invited to speak at major international conferences on topics such as metals and mining, trade and export finance, and global security matters. Robert frequently appears on televised media and contributes to international print media. He is fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
