Sean O’Neill is a Consulting Partner, in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) unit at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

He has over 20 years leadership experience in Non-Financial Risk Management, both in established and challenger banks. He was Group Director of Operational Risk at NatWest, and latterly Non-Financial Risk Director at Aldermore Bank, engaging and influencing at Board level. Alongside framework development and implementation, he has led oversight teams across the range of non-financial risks, as well as hands-on engagement in major risk events such as the Covid-19 preparedness and response.
