Serena Fioravanti was appointed as member of the Executive Board and Chief Risk Officer of ABN AMRO Bank N.V., effective as of 1 October 2024 for a period of four years. Serena has been active in banking for almost 25 years. She is a senior professional with a demonstrated track record across various areas in the banking industry, specifically in risk management, treasury, liquidity risk and balance sheet management, corporate finance, consulting and audit. She served as CRO at Credit Suisse Switzerland for almost four years. Serena Fioravanti has a technical background, holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Financial Risk Manager certificate from the Global Association of Risk Professionals and a Master in Theoretical Physics from the University of Rome ‘’La Sapienza”.
