Simona is a McKinsey Partner, core member of the European Risk Management Practice and of the Sustainability Practice, leader of the Climate risk/Finance for financial institutions in Europe and of McKinsey work with European Regulators, Supervisors and Public Banks
She has spent her entire career in the Banking industry in Europe and EEMA (commercial banks, development banks, supervisors and regulators), with focus on Regulation/Supervision, Credit and Risk Management, Sustainability/Climate Change/Climate risk

She regularly speaks in seminars and conferences regarding Sustainability and Climate Change and the respective strategic implications for the financial industry. I have co-led McKinsey Finance Day at COP28 in Dubai
Before joining McKinsey, Simona spent 5 years in KPMG Advisory, focusing on risk, credit and regulation
Additionally, Simona holds a Master Degree in Economics and Finance
