Sree Kumar, Gullapalli has 24 years’ of Banking experience, spanning Trading, Treasury and Risk Management across 4 geographical locations – London, Singapore, Tokyo and Mumbai. His experience consists of 15 years of Treasury and Risk management experience covering Capital, Liquidity & Funding, Recovery & Resolution, Market risk, Counterparty Risk, Pension Risk, Operational Risk and Compliance and 9 years of Trading experience in FX and Structured Fixed Income products.

Prior to joining Santander UK in July’24, Sree spent 12 years with NatWest and prior to that has worked at AIG FP and Bank of America.

His accountabilities can be broadly divided into two categories: a) Treasury Risk Oversight and Insights for all financial risks managed by the Santander UK excluding Credit Risk b) Develop Financial Risk Models used within the Bank for Decision Making, Capital, Stress and Climate.
