Stephan Beitz is an Expert Associate Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Risk & Resilience Practice. He brings over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, has deep expertise in Credit Risk and Credit Portfolio Management Management and is co-leading McKinsey’s practice on AI in Risk Management and has deep expertise in designing and implementing Agentic AI systems for complex workflows, incl. the end-2-end corporate credit process. Prior to joining McKinsey, Stephan has practical risk management expertise from having worked as a credit officer and stress testing analyst at Deutsche Bank as well as Deutsche Bundesbank. He holds a Master`s and Bachelor`s degree with Honors in Economics.
