Stéphane Rio is the CEO & Founder of Opensee, his second start-up after Swapstream which was acquired by the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. With a dual background in technology (Ecole Polytechnique, ENSAE) and finance (Master’s in Stochastic Models Applied to Finance), Stephane is an expert in capital markets with over 30 years of experience. He has led trading teams in derivatives and fixed income at several global financial companies and played a key role in Depfa Bank’s restructuring as an Executive Board member. Stéphane has also advised financial institutions as a senior consultant, including Bain Consulting and a private equity fund specializing in FinTech.
