Stuart has spent nearly two decades in financial services, in a range of organisations including very large global banks, challenger banks, all the way to start up finance projects. He is currently the Global Head of Operational Risk at Tide, a UK FinTech supporting small businesses in the UK, the EU and India. Stuart is a behavioural scientist and has extensive experience in innovation, data, digital transformation and AI, and is most interested in the intersection of technology and human judgement.
