Having previously served as Chief Risk and Sustainability Officer at Old Mutual Insure and Associate Director: Risk at Deloitte, she brings a unique blend of boardroom expertise and practical business transformation.

A Past President of the Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA) and recipient of its prestigious Honorary Life Membership Award, Thabile is widely recognised as one of leading voices in risk management, resilience, governance, sustainability and leadership. She is a global and local speaker, known for translating complex business challenges into practical, strategic insights that inspire action.
