Thomas is responsible for managing the transition to FRTB own fonds on behalf of Nordea Markets. As part of that Thomas has been responsible for the large change program modernizing the infrastructure and preparing the platform of Nordea Markets for FRTB. Thomas is Nordea’s external representative on Trading Book capital and is a member of Nordea’s core advocacy team on capital. He is a vocal and active member in industry forums including the ISDA/AFME trading book group, EBF, CFO Network etc. Thomas has worked with FRTB for a decade.

In addition Thomas is responsible for ESG Risk and new products for Nordea Markets, setting risk management standards, driving development of new products and well as being the external representative of Nordea Markets on ESG advocacy and member of Nordea’s core ESG advocacy team.
