Toks Oyebode is Head of Derivatives, Clearing and Fixed Income Advocacy in Regulatory Affairs for J.P. Morgan’s Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB). In this role, Toks partners with stakeholders from across the CIB’s business and control functions to develop the firm’s strategies and responses to new and emerging regulatory policy developments.

Toks joined J.P. Morgan in New York in 2015 and has been based in London since 2019. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Toks was a Supervisor and Technical Specialist at the UK’s Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) within the Bank of England.

Toks received his BA in Japanese Studies from the University of Leeds and his MSc in Finance and Financial Law from the University of London. He is a CFA Charterholder.
