Tom-Martijn Roelofs is currently Global Head of Security Strategy and Data at the CISO department at ING Bank. He has been with ING for four years and served as Global Head of Security Detection and Response in a previous role. After studying applied physics he was active in technology consulting, fraud management, IT audit and security operations. In his current role he is frequently involved in projects in the area of operational and cyber resilience (among which global coordination of the recent ECB cyber resilience stress test) and supports the DORA implementation program at ING.
