Over the past 20 years, I have held various leadership positions at Standard Chartered, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citi across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. I have led large-scale compliance and risk programs in both the first and second line of defence, guided organizations through complex regulatory environments, and partnered with executive teams to embed governance and ethical practices into core business strategy.
