Speaker Terms:

We will be recording your session in audio and/or video format. Your recorded session may be made available on Informa’s on-demand video content platforms and other Informa distribution channels including other Informa websites, Informa channels on third party websites or mobile applications and in brand promotional communications. Recorded content is presented in view-only format. We are offering this extension to meet the information needs of the community whilst amplifying your thought leadership. By agreeing to speak at our conference, you confirm that the content of your session is your own and has not been copied. You give us permission to record your session, create excerpts of that recording, use those excerpts either alone or with other content, and use your name, likeness, voice, and biographic information with the recording and/or excerpts, all of which may be made accessible after the conference as described above. We confirm that your personal data will be processed by us in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Informa’s privacy policy. As our thanks for your permission, you will be given access to Streamly, our on-demand video content platform. If you do not wish to make your recorded session accessible as described above, please reply to this email informing us of your decision by [Date].

As part of our ongoing mission to amplify your thoughts, ideas and expertise, we will be using the recording of your session with third-party artificial intelligence tools to create a summary of your session (your “session summary”). Your session summary will be made available on a standalone basis as an individual session summary as well as on a consolidated basis as part of a daily event summary and a full event summary. Your session summary will not, except in the case of a keynote session, include your personal information or be attributed to you. Content has the most impact when it’s made available to many people in many formats across multiple platforms. To do this, your session summary may be presented in a variety of digital formats (such as slideshows, PDF carousels, articles, mobile app posts, blog posts, social media posts, newsletters and the like) across many platforms (such as the ConnectMe app, LinkedIn, email and our SuperReturn blog). To maximize engagement, accessibility to your session summary will not be limited or gated to event delegates.
