The mission of CELLSCRIPT™ is to provide high quality products and technologies for making and using RNA for translation in cells for clinical research and therapeutics.

CELLSCRIPT™ provides a broad range of products for mRNA synthesis from in vitro transcription to quality control assays. Current technologies include kits for in vitro transcription using canonical or modified nucleotides, post- (capping enzymes) or co-transcriptional (cap analog) RNA 5’-end capping, RNA 3’-end polyadenylation, and all-in-one kits for making capped, poly(A)-tailed, ultra-low immunogenic mRNA for translation in cells. Additional offerings include novel solutions for the removal of dsRNA from RNA preps, PAGE assays for assessment of final mRNA quality, and enzymes for mRNA 5’ decapping, rolling circle amplification of DNA, and RNase inhibition.
