Tricar is a fully integrated construction and development company with a focus on mid- and high-rise rental apartment and condominium buildings. Headquartered in London with satellite a office Guelph, Tricar has completed projects throughout Southwestern Ontario including London, Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, Stratford, Woodstock, Sarnia, Burlington and Cambridge.

In his role as Vice President, Adam’s experience runs the gamete of the entire development process including acquisition, municipal approvals, financing, sales, leasing, marketing, construction, client relations, warranty, after sales service and property management.

Adam is a Board member of the London Home Builders’ Association and the London Development Institute, a member of the Guelph & District Homebuilders’ Association, and Chair of the Tarion Industry Advisory Council.
