Post-graduation, Allan embarked on real estate journey, marking his presence with expertise in areas such as apartments, rentals, investment properties, and intricate real estate transactions. His leadership at Drewlo Holdings, serving as its President, elevated the company to be recognized among the top 10 in Canada for property management and ownership.

Continuing the vision of his father, Eugen, Allan's endeavors focus on the creation of sustainable and lasting communities in Southwestern Ontario. His passion for building is evident in every project he undertakes, proving that he isn't just maintaining a legacy but creating one of his own.

Leadership seems to be in Allan's DNA. He has showcased his leadership skills as the Chairperson for the Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario for two consecutive years. Furthermore, he's been instrumental as the Vice President of The Ironstone Building Company, renowned for its diverse architectural contributions. Allan's association with prominent organizations like the London Development Institute (LDI), London Home Builders Association (LHBA), and London Property Management Association (LPMA) showcases his commitment to the industry.
