Anneliese Denstedt has been managing the real estate portfolios of post-secondary institutions for almost 10 years. With experience in both the university and college sectors, she brings specialized knowledge to this niche market segment. Since joining Conestoga College in 2023, she has focused her efforts on the acquisition and development of student housing properties, with the goal of creating net new beds for students throughout the communities the College serves. Anneliese actively participates as a stakeholder representative with local municipalities on planning policy as it relates to the needs of students and the post-secondary sector.
