Bill is Chief Asset Management Officer at KingSett Capital. He joined in 2005 and is responsible for the operations, execution and value optimization of KingSett’s real estate portfolio.

He has successfully overseen property management, capital execution and leasing across all our asset classes in addition to leading the development team, strategically planning and executing value creation programs across KingSett’s real estate portfolio. Prior to joining KingSett, Bill advanced for eight years through Oxford Properties Group, concluding his property management career as General Manager, responsible for Royal Bank Plaza. Currently, he is a board member of the Downtown Yonge BIA.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts Degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Ryerson University.
