Branden has been with Laurentian Bank for 12 years focused on Real Estate Financing for projects throughout Southwestern Ontario. With a primary focus on construction financing, Branden has originated and overseen over $2B of debt financing commitments over the last decade.
Branden and his team manage a current lending book in excess of $1B and are focused on continuing to support developers and asset managers with their financing needs throughout Southwestern Ontario.
Branden has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Real Estate & Housing Major) from the University of Guelph and holds an MBA from York University’s Schulich School of Business.
