Profile

Carrie oversees the strategic development, planning, organization, and execution of all Skyline technology functions, shaping Skyline’s approach to technology strategy, risk, and data governance. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Corporate Services and serving as a key member of the senior management team, she ensures that Skyline’s technology, data, and digital platforms enable innovation, operational excellence, and long-term business growth.

Carrie joined Skyline with more than 20 years of leadership experience in digital transformation, enterprise program delivery, and project management. Prior to joining Skyline, she held a senior role at a global genetics company, where she built a high-performing Technology team, modernized core technology platforms, and launched organization-wide initiatives in AI, cybersecurity, and cloud migration.

A firm believer in technology as a catalyst for business transformation, Carrie is passionate about aligning technology and data capabilities with strategic priorities and purpose, translating complex technology into meaningful business value. Her leadership approach centres on clarity, collaboration, and impact. She is committed to developing an agile, empowered team that strengthens Skyline’s digital foundation and supports its continued growth.

Carrie is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has completed advanced change leadership training, including the Prosci Sponsor Briefing for Change Management, as well as Microsoft and IT leadership development programs. She also mentors future technology leaders while supporting community organizations through project management education.
