Carrie Curtis joined Killam in 2019 and is the Vice President, Ontario and Western Canada. Carrie’s focus is primarily related to development and acquisitions and works through the full development cycle from purchase of lands, entitlements, design, construction, and handover to the Property Management team. Carrie is also involved in the acquisitions and dispositions of apartments in Ontario and the West. Before joining Killam, Carrie spent 21 years in consulting engineering, primarily focusing on the residential and ICI sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a Professional Engineer (licensed in Ontario).
