Heather Campbell is the President at Vive Development. Founded in 2016, Vive has repurposed 25 existing buildings, brought 6 new rental projects to the Kitchener-Waterloo market, and built a pipeline of over $3.0B. Heather has positioned Vive for success by developing a strong team, facilitating operational effectiveness, and leveraging analytics to help guide decision-making. Heather received her MBA from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management graduating as a Bregman Scholar.
